About This Blog
For the self-aware, burnt-out, purpose-led professional, entrepreneur, or leader trying to navigate growth, responsibility, uncertainty, or burnout, this blog is written just for you.
This blog was created to explore what it takes to build a meaningful life, a healthy relationship with money, and businesses that create value without costing yourself in the process.
After more than 20 years working across banking, operations, transformation, product management, and leadership, I have come to believe that most of our challenges eventually come back to one thing: understanding ourselves. How we think. How we decide. What motivates us. What we avoid. What we value.
That core belief shapes everything I write here.
The blog centres around three themes:
- Personal Development – Understanding ourselves, our behaviours, our motivations, and the patterns that influence how we move through the world.
- Business Development – Exploring leadership, organisational culture, operational effectiveness, and the challenges around building and growing your business.
- Your Money Matters – Examining the relations between people and money, financial behaviour, financial literacy, and the decisions that shape our financial lives.
More than anything, this blog is a place for exploration.
Writing helps me organise my thoughts; it is not ‘real’ until it is in black and white. Sometimes I am sharing lessons from my lived experience. Sometimes I am teasing out an idea that’s captured my attention. Sometimes I am just trying to answer a difficult question for myself. Instead of keeping those reflections private, I have decided to share them with you; to challenge myself, and in the hope that it might be useful to someone that needs a word as they navigate similar questions.
My aim is not to provide answers (though if you find them here, excellente!) It is to encourage deeper questions, greater self-awareness, and more intentional choices.
If that is a journey you would like to be a part of, I invite you to subscribe and follow along. New posts and key updates will be delivered right to your inbox. I hope everyone walks away with something worth thinking about long after you’ve finished reading.
